Description

Im Wahlkreis gibt es einen einzigen Industriebetrieb von Bedeutung: die Aldermann-Werke. Und bei der Firma Aldermann bricht drei Tage vor der Landtagswahl ein wilder Streik aus. Der Grund: die unkonventionelle und nur von wenig Sachkenntnis getrübte Art und Weise, in der "die Chefin" Elisabeth Aldermann, Witwe des Fabrikbesitzers, den Betrieb und die Belegschaft leitet. Da ist Geschicklichkeit gefragt, soll doch der Betrieb, die Politik und die Liebe rechtzeitig in die richtigen Bahnen gelenkt werden.
