Handlung von Nails
Als die Leichtathletik-Trainerin Dana Milgrom (Shauna Macdonald) einen Autounfall hat, kommt sie gerade so mit dem Leben davon. Sie erwacht im Krankenhaus, wo sie sich aufgrund ihrer Verletzung kaum bewegen kann. So ist sie ein willkommenes Opfer für Nails, einen ehemaligen Patienten, der verstarb, aber nun als entstellter Untoter mit langen Fingernägeln sein Unwesen im Krankenhaus treibt. Er terrorisiert Dana und macht ihr klar, dass er sie bald umbringen wird. Weder die Ärzte noch ihre eigene Familie glauben der Patientin, die es irgendwie schaffen muss, dem Horror zu entkommen, auch wenn sie nicht mal in der Lage ist, aufzustehen. (BH)
