Gunther (Arnold Schwarzenegger) ist der beste Hitman der Welt, aber auch arrogant, ein Angeber und jemand, der keine Probleme damit hat, seinen Auftragsmörder-Kollegen die Jobs zu stehlen. Genervt von diesem Verhalten beschließt die internationale Gesellschaft der Profikiller, dass etwas geschehen muss.
