Description

Meisterdetektiv Hercule Poirot einmal ganz anders: In dieser Modernisierung des berühmten Kriminalromans von Agatha Christie nimmt der scharfsinnige Kombinierer auch schon einmal einen Laptop zur Hilfe, wenn es gilt, einen Mord im Luxus-Zug "Orient Express" aufzuklären. Im Foyer seines Hotels in Istanbul trifft der belgische Detektiv Poirot auf seinen alten Bekannten Wolfgang Bouc. Der Chef des "Orient Express" kann ihn zu einer Zugreise nach Paris überreden. Mit Interesse registriert Poirot die Eigenheiten seiner Mitreisenden. Dabei geht ihm besonders der laute Samuel Ratchett auf die Nerven, der ständig Morddrohungen erhält. Am nächsten Morgen ist Ratchett tot. Mühsam muss Poirot die Tat rekonstruieren.
