Description

Hochgiftige und äußerst aggressionslustige Killerbienen haben dem US-Bundesstaat Texas den Krieg erklärt. Angehörige einer Militärbasis unweit von Houston zählen zu den ersten Opfern. Städte und Dörfer werden evakuiert. Züge entgleisen. Es herrscht Chaos und Verzweiflung. Eine Handvoll Wissenschaftler versucht unter der Leitung des Insektenforschers Brad Crane, die nationale Katastrophe zu verhindern.
